Once those elements are uncovered, then we discover what you need to attain your goals. Our final step is to put your plan in forward motion in a way that is truly authentic for you.
One of the most commonly mentioned questions I receive about coaching is, “I like who I am. Will coaching change me? ” The answer is no, and yes. No, coaching won’t fundamentally change who you are, unless that is exactly what you want. Yes, it will change how you perceive yourself, life and work. And that in itself, may change you.
